View this email in your browser Wow, those 6 years just flew by!    Thank you for using Pacers Bikeshare! For over six years now (and now with 50 stations!) Pacers Bikeshare has provided transportation, recreation, exercise, joy and so much more to Indianapolis. Now, during a global pandemic, I am proud that we continue to operate and serve our community. We know you and others are using bike share for transportation and for physical and mental well-being and we want you to know, Pacers Bikeshare will continue to be here for you and we will keep you riding.  Ride Pacers Bikeshare Contact Free --  A friendly reminder that you can use bike share contact-free by checking out bikes using the BCycle app. What else are we doing to keep our riders and employees safe right now? We've changed our text messages to remind users to wash, or sanitize their hands after each ride. Our employees are sanitizing the bikes before they come into our office for maintenance and before bikes are put back in the field. Minimal station balancing to reduce employee contact with the bikes and stations, but enough to ensure our system works for you. Reminding riders to follow CDC guidelines for hygiene and physical distancing on our communications. Momoko Saunders, changes are coming for the Pacers Bikeshare Annual Pass!

New year, new pass! 

View this email in your browser Dear Momoko Saunders,  We're making a few changes to the Pacers Bikeshare Annual Pass and we want you to be the first to know. First things first, don't freak out. It's all going to be OK. Here's the quick and dirty of it:  The annual pass price is increasing to $125 on February 1st*. WOAH - yeah, I know. But this is the first time we've increased prices...ever... since 2014. It's still less than $12 per month for unlimited sixty minute trips. What? Unlimited 60 minute trips? Yes, unlimited 60 minute trips. Keep Reading. Ride time is increasing to 60 minutes. Yes, you read that correctly, the new annual pass allows for unlimited 60 (sixty) minute trips.  We've heard you asking for more time to ride your Pacers Bikeshare bike and now it's here! You can now ride twice as long! Maybe that means you ride to Garfield Park on Saturday for the Farmers Market or you go up to Broad Ripple for ice cream at Brics. How you use the extra time is totally up to you!    *If you want to keep your current pass pricing and ride time at 30 minutes for one more year, renew your membership by January 31. It will still be valid for 12 months after your current pass expires.  Click here to read the official press release going out right after this to let the rest of the community know about the changes to the Pacers Bikeshare Annual Pass.  Pacers Bikeshare is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
