The administration wants to open the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to oil and gas drilling, putting one of America’s wildest and most fragile places at risk.
Just weeks ago, ConocoPhillips and 10 other companies grabbed more than a million acres of Western Arctic wildlands for development. Now the same industry is eyeing even more land in the Arctic Refuge’s sensitive coastal plain.
Public pressure has helped stop this before. It can again.
The Arctic Refuge is no place for industrial development. Its lands are sacred and life sustaining for Indigenous communities, and its coastal plain provides habitat for denning polar bears and the Porcupine Caribou Herd, which returns there year after year to calve. Don’t let corporate greed and this administration’s “energy dominance” agenda rob current and future generations of this extraordinary wilderness.
Thank you for your support.
Sincerely,
